The Opportunity
We're looking for a strategic People Partner to join our team and provide HR leadership and operational support throughout the M&A lifecycle, from due diligence to integration.
Working closely with our leadership teams this role is key in ensuring smooth transitions by assessing workforce impacts, driving cultural integration, and aligning People strategies with business goals.
What You’ll Do:
Strategic Leadership: Work with M&A teams and business leaders to plan workforce changes, design organizational structures, and keep talent engaged throughout M&A.
Project Management: Create and manage detailed plans, track progress, and ensure timely completion of people-related tasks during M&A.
Risk Assessment: Evaluate the target company’s workforce, policies, and culture to identify risks and ensure everything aligns with company standards.
Change Management: Lead change strategies to support employees through transitions and communicate clearly with all stakeholders.
Cultural Integration: Drive efforts to align company cultures, promote engagement, and address challenges through workshops and feedback.
Systems Integration: Oversee the integration of people systems, processes, and policies, ensuring compliance and optimizing resources.
Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices, gather insights from previous M&As, and stay on top of industry trends to improve future projects.
Who you are
You'll have a keen eye for detail, able to analysis and interpret, understand the real value of best practice and governance.
You enjoy working with varied internal and external stakeholders at senior level, thrive in a complex and fast moving environment and motivated in playing a pivotal role in realising the business strategy and cultural ambition.
