General Manager – The Old Mill, Salisbury
We’re looking for an experienced and passionate General Manager to lead The Old Mill, a historic riverside inn offering a blend of exceptional hospitality, great food, and comfortable guest accommodations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pub, restaurant, and rooms.
Deliver outstanding guest experiences in both the bar and accommodation.
Drive sales and profitability while maintaining high service standards.
Lead, develop, and inspire the team to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Ensure smooth running of the accommodation, including bookings, housekeeping, and guest satisfaction.
Manage stock, costs, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a General Manager in a pub or hotel setting.
Strong knowledge of accommodation management, including reservations, housekeeping, and guest relations.
Leadership skills with a hands-on approach and a passion for hospitality.
Ability to drive sales, manage budgets, and maintain high standards.
