“Find your role”
You will oversee the delivery of a wide range of People project activity associated with major business change programmes, Operating Model, Organisation Design, Performance and Talent Management projects and activities.
You will also work closely with a range of Business and People key stakeholders, the role will blend both knowledge of People process, policy, and best practice with a strong understanding of project, agile and change management disciplines.
These roles will also play an integral part in ensuring the management, analysis and communication of key people data and management information.

As well as being an experienced People professional with a working understanding of how HR is delivered within Asda, you will also have –
- Experience of both People Partnering and Project/Change Management
- Strong ability to build relationships with stakeholders with the ability to engage at all levels
- Ability and confidence to influence and challenge colleagues at all levels effectively.
- Displays resilience and acts with confidence and gravitas to make things happen.
- Innovative thinker, curious, champions continuous improvement and efficiencies in ways of working.
- Has strong Commercial acumen and analytical skills
- An advocate for championing simplicity and business improvement, continuously supporting and challenging other business functions, working with People Services, COE's and the line to implement more efficient ways of working.
- Utilise MI and Data to spot trends and patterns of concern to pro-actively improve operational performance and insight to the Lead Strategic People Partners.
- Collaborates to proactively share best practice and promote a joined-up approach to delivering the people strategy.
- Continuously support leadership to drive the culture, values and behaviours across the business.
