Find your role
As Data & Duty Coordinator to support the Data & Duty Manager within the Non-Food Sourcing team. This is a specialist role within a central team.
Producing shipment, duty and commodity data in an easily digested format that is informative and relevant to the varied audience. This is a full-time role based at George House, Lutterworth.
Your role:
- Produce shipping reports to support invoicing for 3rd party business partners
- Utilise Internal duty data to build monthly checking reports and support the internal compliance process.
- Monitor commodity data and present to trading teams in a format that supports fact-based negotiation.
- Support with seasonal production of margin building blocks and accurate data for seasonal range plan builds.
- Assist with the development of new technology and future systems solutions that support duty, commodity data and future tax requirements.
- Support with compliance and audits.
- Support with the management of third-party sourcing offices, including PO raising and taking minutes in quarterly reviews.
- Support the non-food sourcing team with additional tasks as required.

- Being adaptable to work across multiple teams both internally and externally.
- Knowledge of Excel is a must – being able combine data from several sources to produce information for the sourcing, trading teams and directorate.
