Our client is a market-leading dynamic consultancy in the UK. They seek a Senior Cost Consultant or Associate for a Job Vacancy in their London offices. There is the opportunity with this role to work from their other offices in the area (see requirements below).
This client is considered one of the top mid-sized consultancy organisations, with offices across the UK and Internationally.
This opportunity is for a Consultancy Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in all or some of the following areas: New Build, Retail, Fit Out, Airports or Infrastructure. These job vacancies require experience of strong client liaison as part of your role.
Requirements for the Senior Cost Consultant Job Vacancy in London
- You will have Cost Consultancy experience in the UK as a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Consultant.
- The ability and desire to manage your projects as well as oversee a small team of Cost Consultants.
- Some experience mentoring less senior members of the team would be ideal.
- Strong cost management and cost reporting experience in a combination of the following sectors: New Build, Retail, FitOut, Airports
- Candidates will have a BSc in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management or another construction-related degree or MSc qualification. This should be RICS accredited.
- MRICS is highly desirable for this Senior Role. Our client will consider candidates working towards APC.
- We are seeking candidates who are located in the London area, or candidates who wish to relocate to London. If you prefer there is also the opportunity to work from their South London or Surrey offices if required.

- The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor or Senior Cost Consultant should expect a basic salary of £65,000 -72,000
