We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Your role will involve assisting with various front-of-house operations, including customer service, food preparation, and catering support.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist with seating arrangements and ensure guests are comfortable.
Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted.
Serve food and beverages in accordance with established standards of service.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables and utensils.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
Adhere to food safety regulations and hygiene practices at all times.
Assist in catering events as required, providing support during setup and service.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
Support bartending duties as needed, ensuring a well-stocked bar area.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices is advantageous.
Experience in food preparation or catering services is a plus.
Bartending experience would be beneficial for those interested in that aspect of the role.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are essential for success in this position.
