As a Talent Acquisition Labour and Compliance Administrator sitting within our People Services Function, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring we remain compliant in line with Asda’s policies and supporting the effectiveness of the recruitment process. As a business we are ever growing at a pace, keeping our business compliant is critical, this is a great opportunity for an individual who is highly organised, has excellent attention to detail and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
You will support our Legal and Compliance Managers with several tasks supporting multiple business areas. This includes;
Ensuring compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and guidance predominantly in the right to work area.
Support delivery of the Right to Work within the Centre of Excellence
Accurately update and maintain data and records.
Process task and activities through a case management system.
Supporting with compliance into our Healthcare business.
