The ALS Project Coordinator will assist the project teams to deliver against their critical success factors under the three main pillars of Projects, Governance and APMF. Managing small to medium sized projects within the ALS portfolio to deliver against agreed measures of success.
Key job responsibilities:
- Draft project review reports and presentations, including key information, commentary, and recommendations to support the review process and enable stakeholders to evaluate progress and agree on change.
- Carry out delegated activities to support the production of workstream and project plans that identify and organise all the activities needed to deliver project objectives and that comply with Asda's project management framework.
- Prepare moderately complex documents using a variety of applications for technology devices such as standard office software. Also responsible for gathering and summarising data for reports.
- Deliver stakeholder engagement activities to support development of effective project working relationships and to identify and respond to stakeholder needs and concerns.
- Carry out delegated activities to support identification and evaluation of risks, issues, dependencies, as well as tracking financial project spend on SAP.
- Carry out research, workshops, and other activities to support the specification and agreement of project deliverables.
- Carry out delegated activities to support the deployment and effective utilisation of project resources.
