The Opportunity
We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Area Sales Manager to grow and develop our Aggregates customer base across Essex and Suffolk. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact, winning new business and building strong, lasting relationships.

- Grow your territory and win new business – You’ll actively target new trading accounts across all sectors, expanding our customer base and delivering the best product mix to maximise value.
- Using your strong presentation and negotiation skills to engage clients, you will secure profitable contracts, and create tailored proposals that highlight the benefits of our construction materials.
- You will partner with operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless product delivery, while aligning with marketing on strategies and promotional activities.
- You take pride in maintaining accurate sales records, using Salesforce to track performance, provide regular updates, and implement strategies that enhance customer loyalty and retention.
