Our client, a well-established electrical wholesaler, is looking for a Telesales Executive to join their team. The role involves working with both new and existing customers, helping them find the products they need and managing their orders.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process quotations and sales orders for customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with a wide range of customers, ensuring their orders are processed correctly.
- Contribute to the growth of the branch by developing both new and existing customer accounts.
- Provide support at the trade counter and handle incoming phone calls from customers.
- Help ensure the branch operates smoothly when the manager is not available.
- Assist with monitoring stock levels and placing orders with suppliers.
Skills and Experience Needed:
- Previous experience in telesales or internal sales, ideally within the electrical wholesale industry.
- Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone.
- Ability to manage customer accounts and work towards sales goals.
- Basic knowledge of electrical products or a willingness to learn.
- Experience using computer systems and managing orders is beneficial.
