The Role

We are looking for a Site Administrator / Coordinator to join our team in Sunderland city centre. This is a varied and rewarding role, working closely with the Directors to ensure the smooth operation of our sites. You will play a key part in coordinating activities, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the team to keep projects running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinating daily site activities to ensure efficient workflow
Handling administrative tasks, including document management and scheduling
Communicating with contractors, suppliers, and project teams
Maintaining records, reports, and compliance documentation
Supporting health & safety procedures on-site
Managing office and site supplies
Using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams) to manage tasks

What We're Looking For

Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Administrative and coordination experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently
Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus
