Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. This role involves performing various manual tasks that are essential for the smooth operation of our projects. The Skilled Labourer will contribute to maintaining high standards of quality and safety on-site.

Duties

Carry out general labouring tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required.

Assist tradespeople with their duties, ensuring tools and materials are readily available.

Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.

Operate basic machinery and tools safely and effectively, following all operational guidelines.

Participate in site preparation and clean-up activities as directed by supervisors.

Follow instructions from site managers and contribute to team efforts in achieving project goals.

Requirements

Previous experience in a labouring role or similar position is preferred but not essential.

Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 25 kg).

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.

Basic knowledge of health and safety practices on construction sites is advantageous.

Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

A valid driving licence is desirable but not mandatory.

Pay: £90.00-£120.00 per day
