About You

If you thrive on challenges, promoting independence, and working alongside a dedicated team, we want to hear from you!

About The Role

Starting at 10am and finishing at 10:30am the following day (sleep break 11pm-8am) you’ll have plenty of time to build up a fantastic rapport with the young people in the service. You’ll soon find that no two days will be the same working in supported accommodation. You’ll help support young people with their college work, employment applications, complete key work sessions, attend appointments, meetings and promote personal development. Be flexible, adapt to changing needs, and work closely with their support network to ensure they succeed.

Requirements

2+ years working with young people

Level 3 qualification (preferred)

Driving licence and own vehicle with business insurance (advantageous)

Please note right to work is required as we’re not in the position to offer sponsorship
