We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team for London and Birmingham. To accurately gauge the candidate's experience, they must provide demonstrable evidence of their existing customer relationships. This role requires to reach out to potential customers related to the products we offer and generate sales/revenue. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and promoting our products or services.

Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and clients to drive sales growth.

• Conduct market research to identify potential customers and assess their needs.

• Present and demonstrate products or services to clients, highlighting their benefits and features.

• Negotiate terms of sales agreements to ensure mutual satisfaction for both the company and the client.

• Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales or a related field is essential.

• Super Markets & Asian Cash n Carry Stores are the focus of marketing efforts.

• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.

• Good time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in IT systems relevant to sales processes is advantageous.
