Speedy Street Solutions Ltd is seeking a Full-Time Customer Sales Advisor to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. The role is based in York, and you’ll be working in a small, close-knit team, supporting customer queries and matching them with the right products.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries via phone and email.
Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
Source products and obtain prices from suppliers.
Prepare and send quotes to customers.
Place and chase orders to ensure delivery targets are met.
Assist with marketing campaigns, customer mail outs, and update promotions on social media.
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Experience in an office environment, particularly in sales (1 year preferred).
Enthusiastic, with the ability to work independently and manage workload under pressure.
Assertive, with a friendly and approachable personality.
Benefits:
Salary starting from £23,500 per year.
