Speedy Street Solutions Ltd is seeking a Full-Time Customer Sales Advisor to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service. The role is based in York, and you’ll be working in a small, close-knit team, supporting customer queries and matching them with the right products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via phone and email.

  • Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.

  • Source products and obtain prices from suppliers.

  • Prepare and send quotes to customers.

  • Place and chase orders to ensure delivery targets are met.

  • Assist with marketing campaigns, customer mail outs, and update promotions on social media.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

  • Experience in an office environment, particularly in sales (1 year preferred).

  • Enthusiastic, with the ability to work independently and manage workload under pressure.

  • Assertive, with a friendly and approachable personality.
