The free trial of Jobs Local recruitment services is subject to the following terms and conditions. The free trial is valid for a period of 28-days from the date of sign-up. During the free trial period, customers will have access to some or part of Jobs Local recruitment services, including job posting and our recruitment portal. Jobs Local reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time without prior notice.

Terms of Service Agreement for Recruitment on Demand services

Definitions

1.1. "Client" refers to the company, organisation or individual engaging the services of the Recruiter for the purpose of recruitment.

1.2. "Recruiter" refers to the entity providing recruitment services under a success-based model, as described in this Agreement.

1.3. "Candidate" refers to any person introduced, directly or indirectly, by the Recruiter to the Client for the purpose of employment or engagement.

1.4. "Remuneration Package" refers to the total annual compensation of the Candidate in their first year of employment or engagement, including but not limited to base salary, bonuses, commissions, allowances, and benefits in kind.

  1. Recruitment Services

2.1. Jobs Local the Recruiter will provide the Client with recruitment services for the purpose of identifying and introducing suitable Candidates for employment or engagement by the Client.

2.2. Jobs Local the Recruiter will use its professional knowledge, skills, and resources to identify and introduce Candidates that meet the requirements specified by the Client.

Affiliate Partnerships and Third-Party Job Advertisements

Jobs Local may enter into affiliate partnerships with third-party providers for the purpose of promoting and advertising job opportunities on the Jobs Local website. These third-party providers may include, but are not limited to, job boards, recruitment agencies, and direct employers.

Jobs Local does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any job advertisements or content provided by third-party providers. The Client acknowledges and agrees that Jobs Local is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of or reliance upon such content.

Jobs Local may earn revenue from clicks or other actions performed by users in connection with job advertisements or other content provided by third-party providers. The Client acknowledges that Jobs Local's revenue generation model may involve receiving compensation for clicks or other actions, and agrees that Jobs Local's compensation does not create any bias or influence over the selection, ranking, or display of job advertisements.

The Client agrees that any interactions, communications, or transactions with third-party providers are solely between the Client and the third-party provider, and that Jobs Local is not responsible or liable for any claims, disputes, or losses arising from such interactions.

Jobs Local reserves the right to remove or modify any job advertisement or content provided.
