Venue Supervisor at Frankie + Lola’s, Liverpool

Frankie + Lola’s, a rapidly expanding national Soft Play & Café brand, is looking for a Venue Supervisor to join their Liverpool team. As part of a dynamic and fast-growing company, this role offers an exciting opportunity to take on junior management responsibilities in a family entertainment venue that prides itself on innovation, energy, and customer engagement.

Frankie + Lola’s, which has already established venues in Inverness, Walsall, and Burnley, offers a vibrant and rewarding workplace. Their mission is to redefine what a Family Entertainment Centre can be, and they’re looking for someone with retail or hospitality experience to help lead their Liverpool location.

As the Venue Supervisor, you will be a key member of the management team, working closely with the Venue Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the facility. This includes managing staff, covering key stations like the café, reception, and play floor, and ensuring excellent customer service for families visiting the venue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring the venue runs smoothly at all times.

  • Directly manage staff and resolve any queries or issues that arise.

  • Contribute to growth strategies and help the venue achieve sales and performance targets.

  • Actively engage with customers, making visits fun for both children and their parents.

  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the venue.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety policies, providing leadership in this area.

This role is perfect for a self-starter with strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service. While previous management experience isn’t required, prior supervisory experience is preferred.
