The Propositions Co-Ordinator is responsible for translating strategic aims into deliverable propositions that generate tangible results. You will be responsible from start to finish for proposition delivery. In order to achieve this, the Propositions Co-ordinator must ensure that all propositions are delivered with a customer mind-set, working with key stakeholders across the business.
Focus areas of responsibility include;
- Supporting senior and project managers with planning activities such as project plans and status reports
- Store Interaction – Engaging with stores and various stakeholders to support propositions from start to completion
- Innovation/Continuous Improvement – This colleague would support continuous improvement across the working area to include new approached and ideas.
- Presentation – Presenting findings back to key stakeholders and challenging our current way of working across various networks
- Proactively engage, influence and drive timelines with stakeholders to deliver proposition activity
- Maintaining a clear view of upcoming key deadlines, activities, dates for the diary

- Project management experience
- The ability to analyse and utilise complex data in determining strategy and informing decision-making processes
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- An innovative approach that is backed up with high levels of organisation.
- Confident speaker and strong at networking
